Position Overview

Leading Edges of Mississippi is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who cares deeply about strong design, innovative ideas and great visual communication. We’re a marketing and branding agency based in Meridian, Mississippi that partners with organizations across a variety of industries to build brands, campaigns and creative work that makes an impact.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving problems visually, contributing ideas, and bringing concepts to life across multiple platforms. You’ll work alongside strategists, copywriters, and creative leadership to create thoughtful design solutions that help our clients stand out.

We’re not just looking for someone who can execute designs. We’re looking for someone who enjoys thinking creatively, exploring ideas, and pushing work to be its best.

About Our Work

At Leading Edges, we believe good design does more than look good. It solves problems, tells stories and helps brands connect with people in meaningful ways.

Our team works across branding, advertising, digital campaigns and marketing strategy for a diverse range of clients. No two projects are exactly the same, which means our designers have the opportunity to work on everything from brand identities and campaign concepts to digital design and print production.

We believe the best creative work comes from collaboration, curiosity and strong ideas. Designers here are encouraged to contribute to the creative process, explore concepts and help push the work further.

If you enjoy variety, creative problem solving, and being part of a team that values thoughtful design, you’ll fit right in.
