Mike’s Cigars, one of the top cigar distributors in the world, is looking for an innovative Creative Designer to join our team. The goal is to create engaging and on-brand graphics for our websites in Magento and WordPress.

Responsibilities:

• Create product landing pages, materials for online and offline marketing (including emails, display banners, social media, print), video assets, illustrations, and photography for content marketing.
• Create compelling visual experiences.
• Absorb, adapt, and convey brand aesthetic while maintaining brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Work closely with creative and project managers to ensure day-to-day deliverables are met.
• Additionally, you will be required to assist the graphic department with tasks such as photo editing / retouching / cleaning.
• Support the Marketing team by building landing pages and sale content
• Test graphics across various media.
• Building graphic user interface elements including menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, emails and search fields.
• Inspect proofs for accuracy before production is approved and ensure all materials meet the specific technical requirements for production.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Adobe Creative Cloud; including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver proficient.
• Digital marketing design experience, specifically email, display banners, blog & social media.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Semrush experience is a plus!).
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Time management: Graphic design is a deadline-driven profession, so you must be able to manage your time effectively.

Experience:

• Graphic design: 4 years (Required)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 4 years (Required)
• HTML5 knowledge (Preferred)
• UX/UI Mobile / Desktop (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
