We create licensed merchandise for many of the biggest college and professional sports teams in the country. Our designers work directly with official team logos, colors, and brand guidelines to produce products that end up on shelves across the country.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer focused on production execution and product design to join our Creative team.
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for preparing accurate, production-ready artwork and mockups using licensed sports brand assets. This role supports customer orders by building designs within established templates, managing revisions, and ensuring artwork meets both customer specifications and licensor brand guidelines.
In addition to production work, designers on our team also create custom artwork and product designs based on customer requests and emerging trends in the sports retail marketplace.
This position is ideal for designers who enjoy working quickly, staying organized, and producing clean, accurate artwork at scale, while also contributing creative ideas that resonate with sports fans.
Successful designers on our team are curious, proactive, entrepreneurial thinkers, strong communicators, and comfortable taking initiative to solve problems and improve workflows.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.
