Graphic Designer

Sport Designs and Graphics is a leading screen printer of athletic apparel for high school and college sport teams. We are a growing company with opportunities for hardworking, reliable, and skilled individuals.

Scope of the Position:

Sport Designs and Graphics is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with a preference given to candidates who have knowledge of sports.

We are looking to grow our talented creative team by adding a new, motivated, and skilled graphic designer to our staff.

Qualified candidates must be able to work in a variety of mediums including print, vinyl, and other activities as needed. Primary duties include creating production art proofs, developing original retail designs, and preparing player names for a vinyl cutter.

Applicants must have the drive to learn more and do more.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of CorelDRAW (preferred) or Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment
• Knowledge of the screen printing process
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to work with outside sales representatives to create shirt designs for their clients
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail
• Ability to incorporate design changes requested by clients without taking feedback personally
• Willingness to learn new things
• Participate in spirited discussions about whose team is better, who will win the tournament, or who the best player ever is
