Graphic Designer

Position is located in St. George, Utah.

Position Summary:

The Agency St. George is a luxury real estate brokerage serving Southern Utah, and we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the visual marketing needs of our office across both print and digital platforms. This role plays a key part in maintaining a polished and cohesive brand presence through high-quality listing materials, agent marketing pieces, social media content, email campaigns, and branded collateral.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and systems-minded, with the ability to manage multiple projects while upholding The Agency’s brand standards and delivering professional, elevated design.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, postcards, presentations, and branded collateral.
  • Create engaging digital content for Instagram, YouTube, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
  • Develop cohesive visual templates and systems for both print and social media.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with approved vendors.
  • Support agents with listing materials and custom marketing projects.
  • Ensure all materials strictly follow The Agency brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership and The Agency corporate marketing team.
  • Perform additional design-related tasks as directed by Managing Partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), with working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace.
  • Portfolio required demonstrating both print and digital design work.
  • Good understanding of SEO and multichannel campaign strategy.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, including social media.
  • Basic video editing skills (preferred).
  • Real estate and/or luxury brand experience (preferred).
  • Highly organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
