Graphic Designer

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer supports the Marketing and Sales teams by creating compelling visual materials that elevate our products and brand. This role focuses on developing marketing assets, sales collateral, and product packaging that clearly communicates product value and drives customer engagement.

The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, a solid understanding of branding and retail presentation, and the ability to produce high‑quality visuals across both digital and print platforms. Packaging design experience is strongly preferred; toy industry experience is a plus but not required.

This is a remote position with occasional travel for team meetings, trade shows, and product reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing and sales materials including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, digital ads, email graphics, and social media assets.
  • Develop product packaging concepts and production‑ready artwork in collaboration with product development and marketing teams.
  • Create retail‑ready visuals that clearly communicate product features and benefits to consumers and retailers.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing and sales materials.
  • Partner with the sales team to create pitch decks, promotional materials, and trade show graphics.
  • Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with printers and packaging manufacturers.
  • Support product launches with campaign graphics, website assets, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product development and merchandising.
  • Stay current with design trends, packaging innovations, and consumer product marketing strategies.
  • Assist with trade show and event graphics as needed.
  • Design social media graphics and promotional content to support marketing campaigns and brand engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally supporting marketing or sales teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collateral, and packaging design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience preparing files for print production and packaging manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Packaging design experience in consumer products.
  • Experience in the toy industry or children’s consumer products.
  • Familiarity with retail packaging standards, dielines, and labeling requirements.
  • Experience with 3D mockups or packaging visualization tools.
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Experience supporting trade shows or retail merchandising displays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
