Job Overview

As a Graphic Designer at MMG, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. This includes social media graphics, advertisements, promotional materials, and brand assets for multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create promotional materials (flyers, banners, brochures, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign ideas
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple companies
• Edit and optimize images and video thumbnails
• Assist with basic video graphics or motion design (a plus)
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding
• Experience creating content for social media and ads
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics
• Familiarity with Meta Ads or digital marketing
• Experience working with construction, real estate, or similar industries
