At MCL Construction, every project has a story, and how we tell it matters.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who sees more than layouts and logos. Someone who understands how design builds trust, communicates value, and brings ideas to life across every touchpoint, from proposals to social to the jobsite trailer wall.

You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative marketing team that moves fast, supports each other, and takes pride in doing great work that actually gets used.

What You’ll Create

This isn’t a “sit in the corner and design one thing” role.

You’ll touch everything:

• Social graphics that showcase our people and projects
• Brochures, signage, and branded materials that show up in the real world
• Internal communications that keep teams aligned and informed
• Proposal layouts that help win work
• Interview presentations that tell a compelling story

If it carries the MCL name, there’s a good chance you’ll have a hand in it.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging, on-brand visuals across digital and print
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and internal teams
• Help bring proposals and presentations to life in a way that stands out
• Balance multiple projects and shifting priorities with confidence
• Contribute ideas—not just execute them

What You Bring

• 2+ years of graphic design experience
• A portfolio that shows range, creativity, and attention to detail
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
• The ability to manage your time and deliver under deadlines
• A collaborative mindset, you’re easy to work with and open to feedback

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in construction, AEC, or a similar industry
• Enjoy turning complex information into clean, compelling visuals
