Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create visual content that strengthens our brand and supports marketing efforts across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals.

You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to produce high-quality graphics, website visuals, marketing materials, and digital assets that maintain consistent branding and engage our audience.

This position is in-office at our Berry Hill, TN location. It typically includes 4–6 hours of design work per day, along with about 2 hours of administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and occasional client communication.

Duties

• Develop creative designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and digital content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
• Design logos, icons, infographics, illustrations, and other visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Create motion graphics and simple video content to support marketing campaigns and storytelling.
• Produce digital and print materials including marketing graphics, presentations, signage, and website visuals.
• Assist with website design and updates using platforms such as Wix or Squarespace.
• Maintain consistent use of typography, color, and layout across all materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure designs support overall brand and campaign goals.
• Organize and manage digital design assets and templates.
• Light Administrative tasks (2 hrs per day)

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools.
• Experience working with Wix, Squarespace, Canva, or similar website builders is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web design principles is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
