Role Description

RAprime is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team on-site at our Kuwait City office. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, including graphics, logos, and branding materials. The role involves collaborating with teams to conceptualize and design creative solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Additional responsibilities include designing layouts, ensuring consistency across all visual materials, and adhering to project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development (20%)

• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and leadership teams from concept to completion of marketing and business development collateral
• Identify marketing objectives and determine effective creative strategies that align with organizational priorities and the Strategic Plan
• Provide design consultation to stakeholders at all levels, interpreting objectives and market context

Creative Execution (80%)

• Develop original graphic content for digital platforms, print materials, and branding initiatives
• Translate complex financial and trading concepts into clear, attractive, and effective visuals that meet strategic objectives
• Create compelling data visualizations, translating complex information into clear, concise, and engaging digital assets
• Apply principles of typography, color theory, and composition to create visually appealing designs
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects, maintaining and evolving corporate identity standards
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite at an expert level
• Edit and enhance images to improve quality and visual impact while adhering to brand guidelines
• Design user interface elements that enhance usability and aesthetic appeal
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve work quality and innovation

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in financial services, trading, or technology sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative execution across print and digital media

Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated knowledge of typography, branding, layout design, and color theory
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (preferred)
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles (preferred)
