We’re looking for a versatile and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you’re someone who can confidently switch from bold, high-energy sports branding to soft, feminine lifestyle or design-led content, this is the perfect role for you.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has agency or multi-brand experience, and is fluent in digital design best practices. You'll be working across a range of client styles and voices, so adaptability and creative flexibility are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling graphics for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and landing pages.

• Adapt your visual style across a broad range of industries — from bold, energetic sports designs to clean and elegant content for AEC and lifestyle brands.

• Collaborate with account managers and strategists to create assets for multiple clients across various industries.

• Build and implement email designs in platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Brevo.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs while tailoring creative to each client’s unique look and feel.

• Deliver high-quality work on deadline in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in the USA and authorized to work in the USA.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional, commercial experience in a paid graphic design role (agency or multi-brand environment strongly preferred).

• Proven ability to design for multiple styles and tones, including sports/entertainment and clean, refined brands.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including social media graphics, digital ads, and email marketing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.

• Experience designing and building emails in HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Brevo is required.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics or animation experience

• Basic HTML/CSS for email customization

• Experience with branding or UI design
