Job Description

Target Business Services is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced print and marketing environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality visual solutions for a wide range of clients.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design compelling marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and print-ready accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, business cards, and direct mail pieces

• Prepare files for digital and offset printing

• Collaborate with clients to understand design needs and objectives

• Maintain brand consistency across projects

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Review proofs and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

• 2+ years of professional design experience (print experience preferred)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Strong typography, layout, and color skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in print production or print shop environment

• Knowledge of prepress and file setup

• Familiarity with direct mail marketing

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• 8-hour shift
