Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Design an array of marketing collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, presentations, ads, social media campaigns, publications, tradeshow displays, posters, invitations, event materials, and other client-facing materials
Create impactful PowerPoints for in-person and virtual presentations
Ensure a consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports the CBIZ brand/identity
Oversee projects from conception to completion, and act as liaison to external vendors to ensure timely and accurate production while minimizing costs
Design visually appealing infographics for print, interactive media, and web
Working collaboratively with other designers and other teams within Marketing
Utilize self-serve template software to create collateral templates for non-designers
Work with Managing Directors, professional staff, and the creative team by providing best practices in design standards and determining the best approach to achieve objectives
Independently manage ongoing design projects while prioritizing time-sensitive requests
Be up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
Be proactive and productive in a hybrid work environment
BA/BS in Graphic Design/Art/Web design/Marketing or related field
3+ years of graphic design experience
Present a strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, photography, white space, and color
