Graphic Designer (In-House)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Company: L’ETO Group (L’ETO Caffè, L’ETO Restaurant, Pastamamma, Memories Coffee Roastery)

Employment Type: Full-time

About L’ETO Group

L’ETO Group is a hospitality and lifestyle-driven brand group with a growing portfolio of concepts across the UAE, UK, KSA and beyond, including L’ETO Caffè, L’ETO Restaurant, Pastamamma, Secret Garden, and Memories Coffee Roastery.

Our brands are shaped by a strong visual identity and a highly customer-facing experience — from menus, packaging, and in-store touchpoints to digital content, seasonal campaigns, and new concept launches. As the group continues to grow, design plays a key role in how our brands are experienced day-to-day.

This role is an opportunity to work across a diverse range of hospitality formats and contribute to the visual execution of both established brands and new launches.

About the Role

L’ETO Group is looking for a highly capable Graphic Designer (In-House) to support the visual execution of our brands across hospitality, dining, retail, and marketing touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who can support both creative and operational design needs, with a strong focus on day-to-day design execution, menu rollouts and F&B collateral, campaign adaptations, social assets, in-store collateral, and launch support materials — while maintaining strong brand consistency and working at pace.

The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders (operations, culinary, and external partners) to deliver polished, on-brand, and production-ready assets across multiple brands and formats. The role will also work alongside external creative agencies/partners on larger campaign initiatives where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Menu & F&B Collateral Design

  • Design and update menus, drinks cards, table talkers, dessert labels, and other F&B collateral.
  • Support seasonal menu rollouts and promotional updates across multiple locations and brands.
  • Ensure layouts are practical, legible, brand-aligned, and operationally usable.

2) Brand & Campaign Support & Adaptation

  • Support the design execution of seasonal campaigns, launches, and key brand moments (e.g. festive, limited-time offers, anniversaries, collaborations).
  • Adapt approved campaign visuals across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Create supporting campaign assets for in-store, digital, and promotional use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external creative partners (where applicable) to roll out campaign materials efficiently.

3) In-Store & Launch Visuals

  • Support new store / restaurant openings with branded visual assets (including hoardings, digital screens, print materials, and supporting launch creatives), in collaboration with the marketing team and external partners where required.
  • Prepare and adapt final artwork files for suppliers, printers, and production partners according to required specs.

4) Presentations & Deck Support

  • Support the creation and formatting of presentation materials and visual decks for internal and external use (e.g. landlords, mall teams, event proposals, partnership presentations, and internal approvals).
  • Assist the marketing team with fast-turnaround deck updates, visual formatting, and asset placement when timelines are tight.

5) Production-Ready Delivery & Quality Control

  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with correct specs, dimensions, formats, and exports.
  • Maintain clear version control and organized working files.
  • Check artwork for consistency, accuracy, and production suitability before release.

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Operations and Culinary teams
  • Collaborate with external agencies and creative partners on campaign rollouts and larger visual initiatives where applicable.
  • Interpret feedback from multiple stakeholders and translate it into clear, efficient design revisions.
  • Prioritize tasks across several brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work within established brand directions and campaign concepts, while supporting fast and accurate in-house execution across multiple formats.

Requirements:

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience (preferably in hospitality, F&B, retail, lifestyle, or agency environment).
  • Strong portfolio showing both practical marketing collateral and brand/campaign adaptations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong layout, typography, and composition skills.
  • Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality / restaurant groups with a multi-brand environment.
  • Familiarity with social-first design and content adaptation.
  • Basic motion design / simple animation skills (After Effects) for digital screens or social assets.
  • Experience with Figma / Canva (for fast collaboration workflows).
  • Understanding of Arabic/English layout adaptation (not mandatory, but a plus).

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Day-to-day design requests are delivered on time, on brand, and production-ready.
  • Menu rollouts, collateral updates, and campaign adaptations are executed smoothly across multiple formats and locations.
  • In-house execution becomes faster and more reliable, reducing bottlenecks for the marketing team.
  • Stakeholder feedback cycles become more efficient due to clear and accurate execution.
  • Brand consistency improves across customer-facing touchpoints.
  • The in-house design function becomes a dependable support for marketing operations and launch rollouts.

Personal Profile

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Fast, responsive, and solution-driven
