Role: Graphic Designer
Team: Design Team
Reports to: Head of Department, Design
Objective: Enhancing the company's brand image through marketing materials, digital content, and visual assets.
Overview:
The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute creative designs that support the company’s brand leadership. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who integrates Generative AI and automation into their workflow to enhance creative output, ensure pixel-perfect precision, and drastically reduce production lead times.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Execution
- Utilize Generative AI tools for rapid mood boarding, conceptualizing interior themes, and texture generation.
- Produce high-end visuals and client proposals by using AI-driven upscaling and lighting enhancement techniques.
- Create dynamic motion graphics and short videos for various social media platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, You tube & TikTok, by leveraging AI.
Brand Conservation
- Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Maintain and organize the digital asset library, including logos, photography, and templates.
Technical & Production
- Prepare print-ready files with a deep understanding of pre-press, ensuring elements meet high-resolution physical output standards.
- Stay at the forefront of the Design-Tech curve, identifying new AI plugins or software that can improve the team's creative agility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in Adobe premiere pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign),
- Knowledge of AI-driven plugins within Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
