Role Overview We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong foundation in industry-standard design software but will also be highly proficient in leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate workflows, storyboard concepts, and push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging digital assets, including social media graphics, web elements, marketing collateral, and brand identity materials.
• Collaborate daily with our onsite development and marketing teams to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Incorporate generative AI tools into the design pipeline to brainstorm concepts, generate assets, and optimize production time.
• Maintain and evolve the Dionix brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, AI advancements, and digital media best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role (please include a link to your portfolio).
• Design Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX prototyping tools like Figma.
• AI Tools: Hands-on experience integrating AI into the creative process (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital composition.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback in an office setting.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and design methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications (Optional but preferred)

• Experience working within a digital agency or tech/SaaS environment.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS basics are a plus).
