Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Communications Directorate of the Education Council. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our premier educational institutions, including Kanz-ul-Madaris Board, Dar-ul-Madina International University, and Jamia-tul-Madinah.

The ideal candidate will be a visual storyteller who can blend modern design aesthetics with our traditional and spiritual values to create high-impact content for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content: Design engaging and professional social media assets (posts, carousels, stories) for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Branding: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all educational entities, ensuring high-quality visual standards.
• Typography: Masterfully handle both UK English and Urdu typography for bilingual publications.
• Print Media: Design brochures, annual reports, newsletters, and large-scale event branding (backdrops, standees).
• Collaboration: Work closely with Content Writers and the Multimedia team to synchronise messaging with visual design.
• Shari’ah Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to institutional guidelines and Islamic principles of modesty and ethics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or institutional background preferred).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant advantage.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, professional, and "Elite Educational" design style.
• Linguistic Skill: Ability to work comfortably with English and Urdu layouts.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of print production processes and digital export optimisations.
• Cultural Fit: A deep respect for Dawat-e-Islami’s mission and a commitment to maintaining spiritual authenticity in visual work.
