Graphic Designer (UI/UX Focus)

About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX understanding who can create visually strong and conversion-focused designs.

This is not a social media posting role only.

We want someone who understands:

• User behavior
• Landing page design
• Conversion-focused layouts
• Performance marketing creatives
• Branding consistency

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages and website layouts
• Create ad creatives for Google, Meta, and TikTok campaigns
• Develop UI concepts and improve user experience
• Work with SEO and marketing teams on campaigns
• Design visual assets for digital growth initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Graphic Design / UI/UX
• Strong portfolio of digital design work
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Basic understanding of CRO is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred
Experience designing for:

• Home Services
• Healthcare / Medicare
• Lead Generation Businesses
