About The Role:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strong visual design skills with strategic thinking, bringing ideas to life across consumer-packaged goods (CPG) packaging, digital, and print. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing for retail environments and understands the nuances of packaging for consumer products, including shelf impact, compliance, and production considerations.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market—creating compelling, high-quality assets that drive engagement, stand out at the point of sale, and support broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and produce a wide range of assets including consumer packaging, in-store displays, digital marketing graphics, email campaigns, web assets, and presentations
· Develop visually engaging layouts for brochures, flyers, trade shows, and promotional materials
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute cohesive campaigns and maintain brand consistency
· Translate concepts and briefs into polished, production-ready designs
· Prepare and finalize files for print and digital production; coordinate with external vendors as needed
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
· Maintain and evolve brand standards across all touchpoints
· Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices—including emerging AI-driven design tools—to continuously elevate creative output
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
· Strong experience with consumer packaging and print production
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator & Photoshop
· Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
· Experience designing for both digital and print environments
· Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar generative tools), as well as AI-assisted layout or editing tools, with the ability to incorporate them into an efficient creative workflow.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to take projects from concept through completion
· Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation
· Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms
· Understanding of brand identity systems and development
· Knowledge of pre-press processes and print production workflows
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital and/or print design projects (portfolio submission required)
