Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer to create compelling, on-brand visual content and product packaging. You’ll be responsible for transforming ideas into powerful visual stories that elevate our brand across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualize and design product packaging that is both visually striking and functional.

· Develop brand assets, marketing materials, and digital content (e.g. web, social media, email).

· Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

· Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams.

· Prepare press-ready files for print and liaise with vendors to ensure quality output.

· Stay updated on design trends, sustainability in packaging, and industry innovations.

. Edit content to meet brand standards and optimize it for various platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in [Dental, Cosmetic, CPG (C*onsumer Paged G*oods), food & beverage, or relevant industry].

· Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices.

· Familiarity with dielines, material specs, and compliance labeling.

· Proven experience creating both B2C (customer engagement) and B2B marketing collateral, including trade show graphics, sales presentations, and product catalogs

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

· 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic and/or packaging design.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); 3D mockup experience is a plus.

· Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and brand design work.

· Excellent typography, color, and layout skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of print production and materials.

• Dental background is a plus
