Allegra Image 360 Augusta is looking for a Customer Experience Designer to join our
signs and graphics team. This role focuses on creating accurate, production-ready designs while working closely with sales, production, and installation.

What You’ll Do

- Serve as the primary design contact for customers from estimate through install
- Translate customer ideas into accurate designs and clear proofs
- Manage revisions, approvals, and expectations to keep projects on track
- Coordinate with sales, production, and install teams for smooth handoffs
- Prepare permitting drawings and keep documentation organized
- Support install coordination by ensuring details are complete and accurate
- Assist with internal and marketing projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop and InDesign (sign or print experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Values creativity in problem-solving, efficiency, and execution, rather than conceptual or
campaign-based design.
- Clear communicator who takes ownership of their work
- Team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
