Video Grapher & Video Editor (Full-Time)

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Grapher & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and transforming it into engaging visual stories through professional editing.

This role requires both technical expertise and creative vision, with strong knowledge of modern video production tools, camera equipment, and editing software.

Key Responsibilities: Video Production (Videography):

• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and promotional use
• Operate professional cameras such as:
• DSLR / Mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon)
• Cinema cameras (Blackmagic, RED, etc.)
• Set up lighting equipment (softboxes, LED panels, ring lights)
• Handle audio recording using microphones (lapel, shotgun, boom)
• Manage camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, white balance)
• Plan shots including framing, composition, and movement (gimbal, tripod, handheld)
• Coordinate with team for shoot planning and execution

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos
• Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, and sound design
• Color correction and color grading
• Sync audio and video professionally
• Create social media content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube videos)
• Ensure final output meets brand guidelines and quality standards

Required Tools & Software Skills: Video Editing Software:

• Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary editing tool)
• Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics, animations)
• Adobe Audition (Audio editing & enhancement)
• Final Cut Pro (Optional but preferred)
• DaVinci Resolve (Color grading)

Design & Support Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop (Thumbnail & graphics)
• Adobe Illustrator (Vector assets, logos)
• Canva (Quick design support)

Videography Equipment Knowledge:

• Cameras: Canon EOS, Sony Alpha series, Nikon DSLR
• Lenses: Prime, Zoom, Wide-angle, Telephoto
• Stabilization tools: Gimbal, Tripod, Slider
• Lighting setups: Key light, Fill light, Back light (3-point lighting)
• Audio gear: Lavalier mic, Shotgun mic, Audio recorders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Grapher & Editor (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of video production workflow
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of social media trends and video formats
• Basic storytelling and script understanding

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate, real estate, or social media content
• Knowledge of drone videography (bonus)
• Basic animation and motion graphics skills
• Understanding of branding and marketing content

Job Type: Full-time
