Videographer / Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and skilled videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop creative concepts
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
• Edit footage using professional software to produce high-quality final videos
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and project objectives
• Manage video archives and organize digital assets
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and sound
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate videography (property tours, drone shots, etc.)
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Familiarity with social media video trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
