Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated to Community Engagement Executive join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels

On-Camera Talent: Act as the primary host for our TikTok and Reels. You will simplify health tips, unbox products, and participate in trending sounds with a brand-appropriate twist.

Adobe-First Design: Create all social thumbnails, carousels, and stories using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. We value original typography and advanced layout skills over templates.

Viral Storytelling: Script, film, and edit short-form video content that stops the scroll. You understand hooks, pacing, and TikTok SEO.

Multilingual Engagement: (Must be a native speaker in one of: English, Italian, Spanish, or French) to engage with our diverse international customer base.

Community Management: Monitor comments and DMs daily, responding with a consistent brand voice that balances empathy with expert pharmacy knowledge.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Portfolio: A proven TikTok/Reels portfolio showing you are comfortable on camera.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (layers, masking, color grading) and a video editor like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Desktop.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a social media or content creation role.
• Appearance: Highly presentable and professional, suitable for representing a health/wellness brand.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and Immediate Joiner
