Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s social
media strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall brand vision and business
objectives. This role will focus on strengthening brand presence, driving audience engagement,
and delivering measurable results through high-quality digital content and campaigns.
In addition to managing the company’s social media platforms, the role will oversee the
development and execution of the personal brand of the company owner, positioning them as
an industry thought leader. The successful candidate will be expected to plan, produce, shoot,
and edit content assets for both corporate and executive social media channels, ensuring
professional quality and brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with
the company’s corporate objectives and brand positioning, covering both companies
branding and the personal brand of the owner.
- Content Planning & Management:
Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent
messaging, timely delivery, and alignment with marketing and business priorities.
- Content Production (Shoot & Edit):
Independently handle content production, including on-site content shooting (photo and
video) and editing of digital assets for social media posts, reels, and campaigns,
maintaining high production standards and brand guidelines.
- Executive Personal Branding (the owner):
Design and execute a structured personal branding strategy for the owner by producing
thought leadership content, professional storytelling, and visibility initiatives that reflect
corporate values and industry expertise.
Monitor and manage online interactions, ensuring timely, professional engagement with
followers, clients, and stakeholders to maintain a positive and credible brand reputation.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement, and
conversion metrics. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and strategic
recommendations for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, design, and management teams to ensure cohesive
communication and consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.
- Market and Trend Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify
opportunities for innovation, content improvement, and audience growth.
Ensure that all social media activities, visual assets, and published content comply with
brand guidelines, corporate standards, and professional communication practices.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members or interns, contributing to skill
development and maintaining high operational standards.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is
a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing,
preferably within the mobility or tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing successful social media strategies and executing
campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics
platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
compelling narratives and content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
while meeting deadlines.
