We’re looking for a B2B Social Media & Content Executive with around 2 years’ experience who’s confident in creating, publishing, and optimising content across social and paid channels — and who wants to grow quickly in a scale-up environment.
It’s absolutely essential that you’ll have strong B2B content and social media experience in a fast-growing technology environment — ideally retail tech, POS, SaaS, payments or fintech.
You’ll have created engaging, creative content across major social channels and B2B platforms, developing case studies, customer stories and targeted content that resonates with business audiences.

AI will support your work, but a proven ability to create compelling content independently is essential.
The Role
This is a hands-on content and social role focused on execution, consistency, and learning. You’ll support MishiPay’s brand presence across key platforms, help turn customer stories into usable content, and assist with paid campaigns that drive awareness and inbound interest.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders but will be expected to own day-to-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Case Studies

Create and publish social-first content (copy, visuals, short-form video)

Support the creation of customer case studies, testimonials, and proof-points

Help translate product features into clear, benefit-led messaging

Repurpose blogs, decks, and product updates into social content

Social Media (Organic)

Support and help manage MishiPay’s presence on:
LinkedIn (primary channel)
X (Twitter)
Instagram

Schedule posts, maintain content calendars, and ensure consistency

Monitor engagement and respond where appropriate
Paid Media Support

Assist with Google Ads campaigns (search and retargeting)

Support paid social campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads)

Help test ad copy, visuals, and landing-page messaging
Performance & Reporting

Track basic performance metrics (engagement, clicks, conversions)

Help prepare simple reports and insights
-
Learn to optimise content and ads based on results
Collaboration

Work with Product, Sales, and Leadership to gather content inputs

Support product launches, announcements, and events

Ensure content aligns with brand tone and messaging
Who We’re Looking For
Essential
-
Around 2 years’ experience in the creation of content across all channels and the execution and management of social media platforms and campaigns

Comfortable writing clear, professional copy for a B2B audience

Experience using LinkedIn, X, Threads and Instagram in a business context

Some exposure to Google Ads or paid social (hands-on or assisted)

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Nice to Have

Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or retail

Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma, etc.

Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, LinkedIn analytics, etc.)
