Videographer and Video Editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and corporate projects. This role requires both technical expertise and creative vision to produce engaging visual content aligned with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

A. Videography & Production

• Plan and execute professional video shoots for clients, events, commercials, and social media
• Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio recording
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams during production
• Ensure high-quality video output aligned with brand standards

B. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos for social media, advertisements, corporate videos, and campaigns
• Perform color correction, sound editing, transitions, and motion graphics integration
• Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Export videos in optimized formats for various digital platforms
• Maintain an organized file management and backup system

C. Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with graphic designers for thumbnails, overlays, and brand consistency
• Participate in campaign brainstorming and creative discussions
• Align video content with overall marketing strategies

D. Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Audition (or similar audio tools)
• Familiarity with CapCut or other editing tools
• Basic knowledge of 3D animation software is an advantage
• Strong camera handling skills (DSLR/Mirrorless)
• Understanding of lighting and audio setup
• Familiarity with AI-based editing tools is a plus

E. Project & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Meet strict deadlines and follow project timelines
• Maintain well-organized file systems
• Follow creative briefs accurately and deliver revisions promptly
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

F. Brand Management

• Maintain visual consistency across all content
• Support development of brand guidelines
• Ensure alignment with brand identity across platforms

G. Strategy Contribution

• Contribute to campaign brainstorming sessions
• Support marketing strategies through visual storytelling
• Research and apply current trends in digital media and advertising

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
• Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing work
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• UAE experience is preferred
• Candidates holding their own visa will be given priority
