Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Business Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, marketing materials, and promotional videos to support the leasing and promotion of serviced office spaces. This role requires creativity, marketing understanding, and the ability to deliver high-quality content aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials for serviced office spaces (brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, etc.)
• Create professional presentations for clients and corporate proposals
• Design digital ads for platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Bayut, and Property portals
• Create branding materials including email signatures, letterheads, and office signage
• Develop promotional materials for offers, campaigns, and events

Video Editing

• Create promotional videos for office spaces and business center facilities
• Edit walk-through videos, client testimonials, and promotional content
• Produce social media reels, short videos, and advertisements
• Add motion graphics, text animations, and transitions
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, WhatsApp, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor
• Experience in social media content creation
• Knowledge of branding and marketing concepts
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Experience in Real Estate / Business Center / Serviced Office industry (Preferred)
