SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer will provide artistic direction and technical expertise in creating, designing, and producing advertisements, and promotional materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design high quality marketing material for use in advertising and casino promotions.

Design, produce, and delivering of marketing projects in all formats.
- Develop and implement design parameters, style guides, and visual standards for web products (web, television, digital, social media, and printed material newspapers, posters, fliers, banners, and billboards).

Use computer graphics systems to design and produce original graphics, photo enhancements, logos, and icons.

Design and produce “camera ready” advertisement material.

Update digital signage and boards with current and relevant promotions, notifications, and advertisements.

Assist in taking photos and filming to be used for designs and advertising.

Participate in the development of promotional concepts.

Create product specifications for vendors.

Coordinate the design, print, and production of all casino promotional materials.

Monitor and maintain advertising internally, externally, and on all digital platforms including the company website.
- Monitor and analyze product use, and expense tracking to ensure budget goals are met.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory, ordering, and tracking deliveries.

Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required.

Must maintain regular attendance.

All other job specific duties as assigned by immediate manager/director.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21).
-
Associate's degree in graphic design, or related field, plus four (4) or more years’ related experience, or seven (7) years’ or more related experience, and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Advanced proficiency in computers including graphic and media development applications including, but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Knowledge and application with cameras, digital, DSLR, or similar photo taking and recording devices.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.

Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.

Effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.

Multi-task oriented.

Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
-
Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit.

Environment is office setting with occasional visits to the casino floor.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Noise level is normally office setting, moderate when working with equipment, and moderate to high when on the casino floor.

Exposure to cigarette smoke, ringing bells, and flashing lights when on the casino floor.
