IN CASE YOU ARE WONDERING -Do I have to be a Christian to work here?

No. High Resolutions hires and promotes team members based on their ability to fulfill or excel at their job duties in a way that aligns with our core values – while also focusing on Love, Respect and Integrity, which we believe should be a part of any culture.

Will I fit in here?

Our culture is welcoming and is respectful to team members with different perspectives, backgrounds, talents, and belief systems. If you’re ready to contribute with the gifts you’ve been given, to work hard and laugh often, and you can embrace and embody our Mission and Core Values, then yes, you’ll fit right in.

How does it look on a daily basis?

While there is a spiritual aspect to High Res’ work environment, it is absolutely up to each team member whether or not they choose to participate in the optional activities.

Because of the company ownership’s bible-based Christian values, you will notice this “lived out” on a daily basis.

For example:

  • It is common to be around conversations regarding spiritual matters and biblical studies
  • There will be prayer before meals and/or some meetings.
  • There is a Chaplain who is available to help team members in need. This Chaplain makes regular weekly visits to the office to “check in” with employees.
  • It is entirely your choice whether or not you speak with him.
  • Some lunches or events with speakers or studies may also be Biblically-based.

Please feel free to inquire with any questions you may have regarding this culture.
