Graphic Designer

Job description:
We are a creative agency that specializes in branding, web design, print, and presentation formatting in the continuing medical education industry. An ideal candidate is one who takes direction from the lead designers as well as brings their own creative flair. Our team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Tasks:

• Design and produce website graphics and digital assets
• Create and develop new brand concepts and guidelines for new events
• Create print and digital materials that align with established brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with team members in a small office setting
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical education industry is a plus

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Understanding of both print and digital production processes
• Familiarity with social media design best practices is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML or experience designing for Wix is a plus
• Experience with After Effects is a plus (not required)
• Some weekend availability as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
