Job Description - Graphic Designer | Healthcare & Tech | Ciaro, Egypt (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong visual communication skills, strong stakeholder communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for both digital and print design. This role requires a consultative approach and will focus on delivering diverse design solutions for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting their omnichannel strategy with rapid content adaptation and execution across multiple platforms.

Major Responsibilities/ Requirements

▪ Work closely with the in-market brand teams and execute their marketing content requirements.

▪ Collaborate handling the portfolio of projects, ensuring the quality and timelines are maintained with the markets and has an open dialogue on the feedback of the services

▪ Communicates effectively, Simple project management and critical thinking skills along with cultural awareness to deliver successful global production supported by a multi-cultural team.

▪ Works with local brand and cross-functional teams in the end to end process of creation and approval of promotional materials, may participate in brand meetings and helps to identify potential projects for the brand.

▪ Contributes in all necessary communications and change management activities delivered to the local markets for new content solutions (translations, videos, e-mailing, artwork...).

▪ GCS services are delivered through multiple outsourced partners in conjunction with client dedicated resources. This role needs an understanding of supplier infrastructure to ensure continuous value optimization for client. It also requires a continuous review of demand and capabilities that our partners need to provide to make sure they are aligned to the market’s needs.

▪ Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures and operational frameworks.

Skills and Experience

Experience:

▪ Minimum 2 - 8 years of experience in designing and web production

▪ Hands on experience in image editing tools like Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.

▪ Hands on experience in video editing tools

▪ Good to have basic experience in web development using Simple HTML.

▪ Digital marketing knowledge

▪ Good interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills

▪ Oral and written fluency in Business English and Arabic. French is a plus.

▪ Project management understanding and practice

▪ Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders

▪ Proactive attitude, drive innovation and continuous improvement

▪ Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Preferred :

Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledge

▪ Local and/or Global Brand Marketing Experience

▪ Digital Marketing Experience

▪ Experience in designing HTML emails for email marketing

▪ Great to have basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS and Javascript
