Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our design team as a Graphic Designer. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for design, a strong artistic background, and an eagerness to contribute to a growing and dynamic company.

The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing or have recently completed an arts degree, with a focus on graphic design or fine arts. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and experience with Adobe Photoshop / Creative Suite is essential. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and more.
• Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software to edit and enhance images, create composite images, and develop custom graphics.
• Prepare Files for Print - Design, layout and process orders by entering design requests into art templates for print production. A basic understanding of image resolution and file formats is necessary. Printing experience is not necessary.
• Incorporate client feedback into designs, making necessary revisions and improvements to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring easy access and proper labeling of assets.
• Review and proof design work to ensure it meets the company’s quality standards before final delivery or publication.

Experience & Personal Characteristics Required

• * A strong background in graphic design or fine arts, with a current focus in or completion of an arts degree.

* At least 2 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator.

* Experience drawing, painting or other visual arts.

* A robust portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects, including digital and traditional art.

* Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

* A creative and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
