Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our women’s fashion team. This role is responsible for developing original prints, CADs, and artwork that align with brand direction and seasonal concepts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands fashion timelines, and can translate inspiration into production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original prints, patterns, and graphics for seasonal collections
• Develop CADs (Computer-Aided Designs) for apparel, including accurate colorways and garment details
• Prepare production-ready artwork for vendors, ensuring all files meet technical requirements
• Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to execute concepts from idea to final sample
• Ensure all artwork aligns with brand identity, seasonal direction, and customer trends
• Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, especially around market, photoshoots, and launches
• Revise artwork and CADs based on feedback and sample development needs
• Maintain organized files and clear documentation for vendor communication
• Assist in creating presentation boards, concept decks, and print stories

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in fashion graphics or textile design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating repeats, placements, and color separations
• Understanding of garment construction and print application
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high attention to detail
• Strong sense of color, layout, and trend awareness
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with overseas vendors/factories
• Knowledge of print techniques (screen print, embroidery, garment dye, etc.)
• Background in women’s contemporary or resortwear brands
• Ability to hand sketch or illustrate is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
