Job Title: Social Media & Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Graphic Designer who can independently handle design tasks from concept to execution with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creatively strong, and comfortable using modern AI tools alongside traditional design software.

This role requires someone who doesn’t just design — but thinks, suggests, and executes ideas that elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently conceptualize and design high-quality social media content (posts,

reels, stories, ads).

• Create marketing materials including banners, roll-ups, in-store visuals, and campaign

creatives.

• Design e-commerce product listings with a strong focus on conversion and visual

appeal.

• Develop and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads).
• Create basic animations / motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to improve

efficiency and creativity.

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
• Take full ownership of tasks with minimal guidance and deliver within deadlines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team but also lead creative direction when needed.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media creatives, and branding.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Basic to intermediate skills in animation / motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools and ability to adapt to new technologies

quickly.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and content performance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
