Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Animator and Graphic Designer to join our team in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging animations, motion graphics, and high-quality visual content to support our marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital presence. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on design expertise to deliver compelling, on-brand visuals across print, digital, and environmental platforms.


Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities:

• Reports to: Associate Director, Brand Design
• Design and produce motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
• Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute projects from start to finish.
• Edit and enhance video content, incorporating animation, transitions, sound, and special effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Optimize content for various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Help team members and management with projects and tasks assigned
• All other duties as assigned

Graphic Designer Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Animator and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
• Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable commuting to our offices in midtown
