Summary: Thanksgiving Point is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team.
This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to use design as a tool to create
memorable, meaningful guest experiences. You’ll help bring our diverse attractions to
life through compelling visual work that inspires guests before they ever walk through
our doors.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept and execute creative for campaigns, events, and seasonal experiences.
  • Design a wide range of assets including signage, way-finding, social media graphics, email, print collateral, and environmental graphics.
  • Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging designs for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across multiple properties and experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support events, exhibits, and educational programs.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and help elevate the overall brand experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Uphold Thanksgiving Point’s mission, values, and policies in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work, campaign thinking, and execution across mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Ability to take creative direction and iterate quickly.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with environmental or experiential design is a plus.
  • Motion, video, or web skills are a bonus but not required.
  • Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time and manipulating small objects.
  • Must pass a background check.
