Graphic Designer

Job Overview
Graphic Designer needed to grow our team. Full-time, weekdays 9-5. Requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including understanding of large format, bleeds, scaling, and image trace. Experience with design elements including alignment, contrast, white space, pixels, crop, and familiarity with type/font, as well as spacing/kerning are required. Must have a willingness to listen and learn, be a team player, and have a dedicated work ethic. Other duties include cross-training in production (e.g., trimming, weeding, application, lamination) and other tasks as assigned. Pay depends on experience and education. THIS IS A LOCAL JOB AND REQUIRES PHYSICAL PRESENCE AT OUR SHOP. This is a smoke-free and drug-free business.

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of color management principles, typography best practices, and layout design standards.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
