Graphic Designer

YOUR MISSION

Are you a creative designer ready to see your work used by businesses nationwide? At PostcardMania, you'll turn big marketing ideas into eye-catching, impactful designs that drive real results for our customers. You’ll work mainly in Adobe InDesign creating new products for our development team and will also use our online design editor for marketing automation clients. You’ll help ensure our designs are print-ready, on brand, and error free—every time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create original, attention-grabbing designs in Adobe InDesign for a wide range of businesses
  
• Build new products and hand off artwork to our development team when ready
  
• Set up, proof, and revise designs so they meet all printing and job specs
  
• Use our simple online design editor to create and customize designs for marketing automation, customer portals, and integrations
  
• Work with project requests and copy supplied by our team to bring each design to life
  
• Upload design files and move them through our workflow systems for approval and production
  
• Regularly review and perfect your work based on feedback—quality is everything!
  
• Coordinate with fellow designers and other departments to keep projects moving
  
• Jump in to help with other design projects as needed
  

WORK HOURS

• Full-time, in-office
  
• Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (one hour lunch)

COMPENSATION

• $19.00/hr. starting pay (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, plus Photoshop and Illustrator
  
• Hands-on experience creating print-ready files (minimum 2 years preferred)
  
• Experience with online design editors is a plus
  
• Understanding of design and printing terms (we’ll train you on our specifics)
  
• Experience with variable data or pre-press work is a bonus
  
• Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design is a plus but not required
  
• Detail-oriented and organized—you care about doing things right
  
• Great communicator—accepts feedback and works well on a team
  
• Positive, ready to learn, able to manage your time, and confident in your design skills
