Graphic Designer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, layout, and digital production of products

· Follow, establish, and improve product development workflows, including:

· New products and updates to existing products

· Print and digital products and their components

· Providing documentation and training on workflow processes as needed

· Initial focus on preparing, importing, and setting up PDFs in the new digital curriculum system, including establishing and documenting efficient and effective workflows

· Create visual content by designing engaging graphics for various products, including print and digital materials

· Ensure brand consistency by aligning all visuals with brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent look and feel across projects

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions

· Develop concepts by brainstorming and creating new ideas for products, considering audience engagement and current design trends

· Manage production design by preparing final design files and specifications for digital and print production, ensuring quality and accuracy

· Review and edit designs by incorporating feedback and providing multiple iterations when required

· Stay updated on industry trends, design software updates, and best practices to ensure high-quality and current visuals

Skills & Competencies:

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other

· design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

· Experience with both digital and print design.

· Excellent communication and time-management skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

· Experience with animation or motion graphics.

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.

· Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
