Graphic designer

Job Purpose

To create visually compelling designs that strengthen the supermarket’s brand identity and effectively communicate promotional campaigns across all digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative visuals for social media, website banners, digital ads, packaging, and in-store displays.
  • Develop brochures, posters, signage, and other promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of designs for promotional schedules and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain design templates, brand assets, and image libraries.
  • Stay updated on design trends, retail marketing visuals, and customer engagement aesthetics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in design, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of layout, color, and typography.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
