
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand visual requirements and produce designs that align with the brand's goals.
- Work closely with on/offshore teams, and propose employer branding solutions.
- Work with scripts and storyboards to create engaging video content from concept to final product.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback to ensure final products align with project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep designs creative and innovative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic designing
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across mediums.
- Familiarity with other motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent English Verbal and written communication skills.
