Full Job Description
The Brand Agency is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our digital and print marketing creative teams. This role is ideal for a designer with 3+ years of professional experience, preferably within an agency environment, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
The Graphic Designer will contribute to the development and execution of compelling creative across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, print collateral, branding initiatives, and integrated marketing efforts. This position requires strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support digital and print marketing initiatives with high-quality creative concepts and design deliverables
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to bring brand strategies to life visually
- Design a wide range of materials including digital ads, social media content, website images, email campaigns, print collateral, signage, presentations, and more
- Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into compelling visual solutions
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, color, and specifications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while adapting designs for various audiences and platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy before final delivery or production
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices across digital and print media
- Organize and maintain creative assets for efficient access and reuse
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across both digital and print design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience preparing files for print production and digital deployment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an agency or client-service environment
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI or web design principles
- Ability to contribute to copywriting or content development is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
