Graphic Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic / Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves creating compelling graphics for various media, including print advertising, web design, email design, and social media. You will collaborate with other team members to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure that our brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
• Create illustrations and logos that effectively communicate the brand message.
• Utilize design software and online tools.
• Manipulate photos to enhance visual appeal while maintaining brand integrity.
• Collaborate with clients via Google Meet to discuss designs and direction.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web design.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, lightroom) is essential; experience with Affinity is also desired.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design and social media.
• Familiarity (2+ years) with graphic creation for social media.
• Experience with photo manipulation techniques to create visually appealing graphics.
• Knowledge of how to use CRMs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to illustrate concepts effectively through sketches or digital means is a plus.
• Ability to create short form videos desired but not required. This can be learned on the job.
• Ability to stick to deadlines and produce amazing results.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
