eSpark Consulting Group is actively seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition and a passion for producing compelling designs across various digital and print media.

You will be responsible for the entire design process from conceptualization to final execution creating impactful visuals that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs and translate them into creative concepts
• Create engaging graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos
• Develop visual content using design software or by hand
• Present draft concepts and revise designs based on feedback
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and optimized for different platforms
• Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and creative leads for final output
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools
• Test graphics across various media formats (social media, print, web)
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across different media
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills
• Ability to take feedback constructively and implement changes effectively
