Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing audience engagement. The role requires both creative flair and technical expertise, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop graphics, layouts, and visual designs for digital platforms, social media, websites, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Translate concepts, ideas, and requirements into visually appealing designs.
• Prepare final artwork for production and ensure high-quality output for both print and digital formats.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and design standards.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of responsive design and digital media requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of print production processes and materials.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
