Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting marketing campaigns through innovative visual content. The candidate should possess strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create branding assets including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, and visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content when required.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all online and offline communication channels.
• Prepare designs for both digital and print production.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative tools, including AI-powered design platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs as necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other design/video editing tools will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication principles.
• Ability to create original and innovative designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT-assisted design workflows.
• Photography and photo-retouching skills will be considered a plus.
