Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs and promotional materials that support the hotel’s branding, marketing, and communication goals. The role includes designing advertisements, social media content, brochures, menus, banners, event materials, and other visual assets to enhance the hotel’s image and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop creative materials for:
· Social media posts and campaigns.
· Hotel promotions and advertisements.
· Flyers, brochures, banners, and posters.
· Restaurant menus and event invitations.
· Digital screens and website graphics.
· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
· Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and team for promotional campaigns.
· Edit photos and create visual content for hotel events, rooms, food, and facilities.
· Prepare artwork for printing and digital publishing.
· Update and improve existing marketing materials when required.
· Support branding activities for seasonal events, conferences, weddings, and hotel promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
· Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
· Creative thinking and attention to detail.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Photography and video editing skills will be an advantage.
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry.
Working Conditions
· Full-time position.
· May require flexibility during hotel events, promotions, or festive campaigns.
· Deliver high-quality creative content on time.
· Enhance hotel brand visibility through attractive designs.
· Support hotel marketing and guest engagement initiatives effectively.
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
