Junior Graphic Designer (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create high-quality commercial graphics and work efficiently in a production-oriented design environment.

This position is intended for Graphic Designers only. It is not suitable for UI/UX Designers, Web Designers, Game Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, or Video Editors.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Design commercial artwork, marketing materials, product graphics, and print-ready assets.
• Perform image editing, masking, retouching, and compositing in Photoshop.
• Create and edit vector artwork, icons, and illustrations in Illustrator.
• Organize PSD and AI files using proper layers, groups, and naming conventions.
• Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and free from alignment, spacing, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with photographers and senior designers to meet project requirements.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of image editing, masking, retouching, and photo compositing.
• Knowledge of vector illustration and print-ready artwork.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of print production and prepress preparation.
