Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

I&K Enterprises is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for digital platforms. This role requires strong design skills, creativity and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media posts, banners, and other digital and print marketing materials.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and campaign assets for digital marketing initiatives.
• Edit images, resize artwork, and prepare production-ready design files for digital and print use.
• Create basic motion graphics and simple animations for social media platforms.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to support ongoing creative projects.
• Incorporate feedback into designs and deliver high-quality work within assigned deadlines.
• Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, composition and layout.
• Ability to design creative social media content, marketing collateral and basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with preparing design files for both digital and print production.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, including internships, freelance work or full-time employment.
• A portfolio demonstrating academic, freelance, internship or personal design projects is required and will be considered a strong advantage.
